about

This little song was written as a collaboration between me and my son. He's five at the time of this release. He wrote the words and titled the song. I put together the music. Kind of an imaginative ambient adventure song.

lyrics

Chasing Bears and Lonely Monkeys

I would go to the forest and explore the caves where the *bears are and see the bats

Then I would go to the lake and run away and beat those bears up

Then I would make those bears go into the water so they can swim so their breaths can go away

So they will die

I would go to the

Hmmmm

Forest!

And then I would climb the trees and see the monkeys and play with them because they’re lonely

And give them lots of bananas.

*Pesky. Sam notes that I should have described them as "pesky" bears.
